Looking for Senior Technical Support Engineer for one of our clients located @ Sheraton
Job Summary:
– Responsible for maintain and installation of new software solutions at the client premises or remotely.
– Responsible for training and supporting clients on newly or old installed SW products.
– Ensure technical support is provided in a timely manner and results in excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for implementation of the SW Architect.
2. Responsible for the software installation process for clients.
3. Conduct training sessions for clients on newly installed Software products.
4. Provide technical client support and issue resolution remotely (via email, phone and other electronic medium) or onsite.
5. Conduct live demos to introduce Software products to clients.
6. Provide guidance to team members on customer problems.
7. Solve complex maintenance problems using software diagnostic.
8. Have the Ability to supervise other technical Support engineer.
9. Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
