Job Description

Human Resources Generalist

FreshSource is looking for a HR Generalist to join our team and implement various human resources programs. We’re looking for an individual with real passion for building a strong work culture, attracting talents and adopting new technologies, and building relationships. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organising trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics as well as Talent Acquisition. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organisation as a whole.

Responsibilities

Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
Driving talent acquisition through interviews.
Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
Creating on-boarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records, and social insurance.
Ensure alignment with FreshSource’s Diversity & Inclusion vision and work towards sustaining FreshSource as a Great Place to work.
Creating employee engagement plans and team retreats to promote a positive work culture.
Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
Gather and analyse feedback from various sources for continuous improvement

Requirements

Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities and full recruitment cycle
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software
Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
Leadership and coaching skills
Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
Attention to detail and analytically driven
Has proven 3 years’ experience in Recruiting in multinational Organisation or recruitment agencies.
