We are hiring a Tele-sales agent to join NowPay’s team in Egypt with the following responsibility:
-Contact potential clients representing our product/service and help them to know our company better through a guided script.
-Answer all calls regarding potential Customers’ questions and inquires.
-Contact customers for surveys.
-Achieve Monthly Target (number of activated users).
Job Requirements
Telesales experience is preferable
Excellent communication skills.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Problem solver, able to quickly assess issues and provide solutions.
Good in English
University graduate.
Location: Giza
Fixed shift from 10 Am to 6 Pm (2 days off)
