Responsibilities:
- Responsible for data validation, cleansing, collection, and coding.
- Need to implement listening queries in social media collection tools to monitor the specific online conversation in target relevant sites.
- Project setup; researching organizations, markets, and brands; preparing and conducting searches.
- Maintain familiarity with social media tools.
- Contribute key data to support client objectives outlined in internal brief sheets.
- Meet internal and external project deadlines to ensure client satisfaction.
- Perform other work as required to meet business needs.
- Measure the effectiveness of client social media campaigns.
- Monitor trends in social media and emerging trends/best practices and provide effective recommendations.
- Research conversations across social media platforms.

Requirements :

- Bachelor degree of language, political science, Mass communication or any relevant field.
- 1-5 years of experience in the same position.
- Digital Marketing experience is preferable.
- Fluency in English is a must
- Ability to work on Rotational shifts

Work Environment:
Working hours: 6 hours/day for 5 days and one day 12 hours. " Rotational shifts"
