HR Specialist Personnel & Operations

Job Description :
Personnel & Payroll & Attendance & Compensation & Social Insurance, Medical service :
Administers the HR procedures and policies are adhered
Preparation and editing File system , Create personnel records for each employee and maintain the employee database system ensure all employment requirements are met.
Receive employment documents.
Administration of Bank Accounts.
The liberation of all hiring decisions and transitions and Chapter Resignations and holiday discounts.
Ensure all data of employees are maintained, updated and develop new reports that can assist the management in their decisions.
Ensure the application of the implementation of procedures.
Managing compensation plan.
Responsible benefits (Medical service – Pension plan – Life insurance – Incentive – etc….).
Responsible for informing the employees about the company policies & procedures.

Job Requirements:
Experience Needed: 3 years experience a
construction background is a must.
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
