Envision Employment Solutions is currently on the look for a Head of Finance for one of our partners, an e-commerce company. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with business leaders to develop financial models and analytical insights to assist in evaluating new business concepts, turning insights into operational measurements, and identifying paths to improve the overall productivity and strategy of the business.

Responsibilities

• Leading long and short term financial planning, and building models for various funds
• Maintaining the company's financial ledgers to meet Egyptian and International tax and accounting standards, including the reconciliation of tax files for prior years
• Maintaining the ERP System (Odoo), and dashboards for efficient reporting and decision making
• Assisting in preparing the company for funding
• Managing different company accounts, and protecting stockholders’ rights
• Tightening internal controls for program spending, revenue reporting and overall operating spend.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with strong exposure to the e-commerce industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in an energetic, fast-paced environment along with great people leadership skills
• Advanced business modelling skills
• Experience in fundraising and/or raising debt from banks and investors
• Degree in Finance or Accounting. A certification such as the CFA, CPA, or ACCA is preferred.
