Job Description

Al Benaa Real Estate Investment PJSC is looking for a Finance Manager (Native Arabic Speaker).
Selected candidate will handle the all financial matters of Al Benaa Real Estate and its subsidiaries.
· Structure the group finance function and department according to the scale of the company to provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation to support top management.
· Ability to drive cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions, delivering multiple projects to agreed deadlines.
· Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting as per Saint-Gobain monthly reporting methodology as per IFRS & IAS guidelines.
· Spearhead the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes along with the General Management (rolling forecasts, 3 years etc.).
· Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization.
· Ensure marketing and operations reporting, costing, and are in alignment with product portfolio changes regarding new product development.
· Interface with management in various departments, including engineering, sales, operations, , and marketing teams.
· Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
· Support the business in product cost estimates and financial impact of any new products in the phase of launch or pre-launch.
· Monitor large CAPEX planning and feasibility.
· Prepare & Analyze financial data with a deep understanding of the business operations, support the business in pricing, and product costing.
· Experience in treasury, working capital optimization.
· Assist and support in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
· (CPA / ACCA / ACA / CIMA or equivalent) is an advantage.
· 10+ years of experience with minimum of 3 years within Real Estate or investment companies is a MUST
· Proven work experience in IFRS, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Tax, cashflow management, and Fundraising.
· Good experience with Admin, HR, Legal practices, and other applicable laws
· Excellent knowledge of ERP applications - and Expert in Microsoft Excel
· High analytical skills
· Fluent in English (written/spoken) with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills and Time Management
