Job Description
Treasury Accountant - Al Futtaim Company
Job Responsbilities:
Tests covenants, controls debt repayments / interest, accruals booking, repayments, monthly closing and reporting.
Prepares bank reconciliations, controls bank charges, credit interest and prepares cash position.
Handles time deposits, treasury bills and related accounting entries, adhoc analysis and reporting.
Prepares management reports on agreed time frame in efficient manner.
Controls repayment schedules, accruals calculations as well as loans covenants.
Submits daily cash reports and weekly cash position.
Prepares daily bank reconciliations and related controls for charges, interest….etc.
Controls cash investments, FX and following up markets updates on regular basis including quotations.
Handles TMS reporting and SAP book-keeping activities.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting & Finance or Commerce.
1-3 years of experience in real-estate projects.
Solid experience in ERP and analytical reports.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
