Job Description
1. Understand and be able to introduce Huawei flagship store positioning and business philosophy to customers as a guide for work direction;
2. Skillfully use the service steps, carry out every link of communication with customers, and recommend solutions to customers to meet their family, study, work and other related needs;
3. Explore business needs, provide tailored and complete solutions for business customers, and improve and develop the stickiness of merchant customers;
4. Master product knowledge and after-sales knowledge in an all-round way, expand knowledge, have the mentality of active fast reading and learning, and make knowledge reserves for customers to share the best solutions;
5. Implement the operation standards of the store, including opening and closing process, cashier process, service process, etc; And store related value-added services, and efficiently and professionally complete customer shopping links, and clearly share seasonal activities, Huawei community and so on;
6. Actively collect customers' voices, including NPs, shopping experience feedback, etc., and give suggestions for iterative optimization of service experience in stores;
7. Be responsible for allocating products and managing inventory to ensure sufficient products and smooth sales in retail stores.
