IT Technical Engineers to deliver scope of services listed below:
With Minimum 5 years experience
1- Label all company assets with TAGs include the device name
2- Hardware maintenance support
3- Windows, office, and VMware incidents support.
4- Workstation distribution, configuration, and user profile maintenance.
5- Update service desk data including Contracts, Renewal dates and purchase orders

6- Data collection and analysis

• All distributed desktop /Laptop in the plant with a serial number (review)• Inventory for all the assets located in Container (waste area) to send a detailed report to the Asset Disposal committee include toner inventory• Store Room HW inventory.
7- Incident recording, dispatch the calls from end-user, and to be recorded on the service desk.
8- Microsoft product support
9- SQL database Regular maintenance support
10- VMware Product support
11- On-call (remote) support after working hours:
– Seven weeks / year including weekends (rotational)
– 49 days / year for each engineer
