Is needed to be hired in Kandeel for Industry and Trade Head offices located in (Maryoutia - Giza)
Job description:
- Responsible for recruiting Blue Collars, screening, headhunting, interviewing and onboarding candidates.
-Posting job ads and screening applicants resumes and job applications.
-Scheduling job interviews, assessments and assisting in interview process.
- Enrolling & participating in job fairs and hosting in-house recruitment events.
- Presenting monthly reports of recruitment process.
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree is a must.
-experience needed: Min2 years.
- Excellent communication skill.
-Familiar with different recruitment channels.
Working conditions:
-6 days/week (Friday off)
-working hours 9 AM to 4.30 PM
