Safwa Urban Development is an Egyptian Company that was founded in 1996.SUD is currently one of the leading companies in the Egyptian Real Estate. SUD is currently looking for the following position:

 Senior Planning and Costcontrol Engineer:

Job reference 

 Purpose of Role:

1. Participate in the preparation of the company road map with long- and short-term objectives matching with the company growth plan.

2. Participate in the feasibility studies and pre-construction stage and assist in the preparation of the financial models

3. Prepare the Project’s master schedule and revise periodically as per the company strategy including launching, design, authorities, tender, and award, construction and delivery milestones.

4. Prepare the construction budget and cash flow

5. Revisit the construction budget, pricing and cash flow periodically as per the company strategy.

6. Managing a team of Technical Office planning Engineer staff.

7. Assist in sales payment plans and preparation of barter deals payment plan

Skills / Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, PMP is a must and a master’s degree is preferred.

2. Experience needed 5-10 years of a Technical Office.

3. Able to meet the demands of an ever-changing business environment.

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership and administrative skills.

5. MUST have a developer Background.
