Mechanical Construction Engineer Facility Management

-Making technical surveys and capability of drawing any shop drawings or any technical requirements.
-Calculate extra work estimate costs and calculate selling costs to achieve maximum profit to the company.
-Study all requirements related to all different Mech (HVAC and Plumbing) scope of work.
-Managing material requirements and budgets of All Mech (HVAC and plumbing) extra work projects.
-Ensuring cost-effectiveness of Mech (HVAC and plumbing) extra work.
-Managing all buildings and renovation projects.
-Drafting Extra work projects reports and making written recommendations.
-All Extra Work project management, supervising, and coordination of the work of all contractors or in-house team.
-Ensuring that the extra work project meets health and safety requirements and keeping staff safe.
-Coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility.

Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical construction projects
-Excellent experience in pricing and sales skills.
-Experience in Plumbing construction projects.
