ABEC is looking to hire Senior Electrical Technical Office Engineer with the details below:

Duties:

Determine compatibility and coordinate between architectural and electro-mechanical drawings.
Ability to prepare list of shop drawings as per construction needs.
Identify missing information/details and initiate request for information.
Ability to propose solutions for missing information and initiate RFP’s
Monitor production of shop-drawings ensuring compliance with shop-drawings production and submittal schedule.
Review shop-drawings prepared for completeness and accuracy.
Ensuring preparation of electrical as built drawings related to the company scope of works and review for completeness and accuracy.
Initiate and prepare shop-drawings submittal for approval.
Prepare all shop drawings for self-execution activities.
Monitor and control approved shop-drawings, ensuring stamped with issued for construction.
Maintain a register of shop-drawings identifying status of approval and ensuring that original copies of drawings are maintained with Document Controller.
Ensure distribution of drawings to all relevant staff/sections via Document Controller under internal document distribution system.
Ensure that shop-drawings are updated as per consultants’ comments and re-issued for approval in a timely manner all drawings to have approved.
Taking off quantities and types, electrical equipment’s for the project. 
Requirements:

BA/BS degree in Electrical Engineering .
Minimum experience 4-7 years.
Strong presentation skills and drive with a positive attitude
Conflict resolution skills, Negotiating/Influencing Skills
Previous background in Construction industry is a must
Familiar with codes and zoning.
Proficiency Shop drawings, Auto-Cad, Revit, Microsoft Office.
Previous Implementation of mixed-used buildings, Hospitals and factories buildings.
Knowledge of construction materials and methods, CAD, design analysis and modern structural systems.
