Job Title: Procurement Engineer

Requirements:
Experience 5- 10 years with the below requirements
• Established a procurement life cycle chart.
• Has a deep and strong experience in strategic & operational sourcing and procurement day-to-day activities for all requested items for instance (MEP/ HVAC/ Contraction materials, etc.)
• Has a good enough data base of subcontractor/ vendors/ suppliers for all construction trades.
• Maintain deliverables to the site in right time.
• Has an excellent skill of negotiation with the subcontractors/ vendors/ supplies especially in pricing.
• Has a good knowledge for selecting materials according to specs.
• Work in contracting company/real estate industry is a must.
