Novomet Group (oil service company) is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant

Main responsibilities:

– Tracking the vendors’ invoices status and keeping copies of supporting documents;

– Communication with the vendors;

– Reviewing the vendor invoices for accuracy;

– Posting the vendors’ invoices in ERP system and making adjustments if required;

– Preparation of the payment documents;

– Processing advance reports;

– Preparation of reports related to payables (payment schedule and other requested reports);

Requirements:

– Understanding basic principles of finance and accounting;
– 2+ years of experience in accounting or similar;

– Familiar with accounting in ERP systems.

– Fluent in English as the work requires daily communication with non-Arabic-speaking team;
