SCAS Construction & Finishing (Maadi, Cairo-Egypt📍) is hiring:
1. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 (+9 yrs) - ARCHITECTURE
Main Role: manage/lead team of technical office engineers and ensure detailed shop drawing and coordination drawings (or composite drawing) are issued based on project’s design drawings accurately & on time
- Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between (civil, mech, elect. etc.…)
- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Preparation, revision, and coordination of architectural drawings and construction documents and coordination with suppliers &/or subcontractors
- Comparing the architectural drawings coordination between finishing, electric, mechanical & sanitary works quality, reviewing infrastructure drawings & coordinate it with the project layout.
- Reviews plans prepared by subcontractors.
- Quantity surveying for the entire finishing works in the project
- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.
Required experience is in the construction field mainly fine finishing & fit-outs.
