 Head of Construction Engineer
– Prepare terms of references for the engineering department.
– Develop & implement policies, standards, and procedures for the engineering department.
– Create detailed plans for the engineering departments to reach corporate goals.
– Direct and review engineering specifications and changes.
– Following all engineering department time schedules for implementing all phases of the projects.
-Review engineering department objectives and consistency with corporate objectives.
– Create and monitor BOQs.
-Assisting in interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
-Coordinate & direct projects
-Conduct weekly and monthly reports.
-Evaluate and approve all equipment, tools, and materials required for the projects.
-Create and approve estimated budgets related to tenders.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field required.
– 10 – 15 Years of Experience in Engineering design, contractor management
– Advanced English skills
– Project management experience
– leadership and management skills
