Job Description
“HR Specialist” is required for a startup FMCG factory located at 6th of October city with the following responsibilities:
• Handling all recruitment process (post jobs, screening and initial interview)
• Support in all HR functions.
• Prepare and review the monthly attendance and payroll process.
• Responsible for all Personnel activities in accordance of labor law, social insurance law, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with concerned parties.
• Preparing regular reports of social insurance, headcount, overtime, leaves, medical insurance and life insurance as required.
• Maintain the HR database and ensuring its regular update.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience as an HR Specialist.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field.
. HR related studies is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• V.Good user for MS office programs.
Job location: 6th of October – Giza
