Project Manager - RFCO Development 

About the job

·      Job Duties:

1.   Lead and manage the project team from requirements gathering to development, execution, and completion

2.   Manage communication channels among all involved parties like contractors and consultants

3.   Manage the budget and estimate costs.

4.   Resolve any problems that may arise.

5.   Attend daily at the site, monitoring construction progress.

6.   Follow up on the actions by all parties and report progress.

·      Job Requirements:

1.   Must have experience as project Manager from 12:15 years of experience in construction management projects and be knowledgeable of regulations and permits required.

2.   Bachelor of Architecture or Civil engineering at least 2008 graduation years or earlier

3.   High Leader Ship skills

4.   Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and leadership skills

Ø Working conditions:

1.   Location: New Capital

2.   Working Hours: From 8 AM: 4 PM “Thursday to 2 AM”

3.   Day off Friday
