A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Post journal entries for routine transaction in SAP system and ensure the accuracy for general ledger
• Maintain fixed Assets register depreciation control and inventory management “physical count”
• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Maintain general ledger accounts and related activities
• Reponsible for payment transaction and GOV payment , online bank tracking , interact with Medtronic Bank
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly end closing , interact with share service team .
• Bank reconciliation
• Interact with internal and external audit and provide information and assistance to auditors and other departments within the organization regarding financials
• Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts in preparation for month end close.
• Prepare journal entries and reviews accounting classifications, in accordance with generally-accepted accounting principles
• Preparing the Trial balance , Income statement , balance sheet , monitoring item aging old balance and Blackline reconciliation
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Review monthly WIP / GR IR / Accrual usage, Provision, Fixed assets activities, depreciation, AR /AP transactions and post.
• Intercompany data booking reconciliation

Must Haves

• Good Command in English .
• SAP User FI Module

Nice to Haves

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
• accounting environment performing full cycle accounting,
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field such as finance
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• Ability to explain complex financial data in clear, straightforward language
• Proficiency computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
