I’m hiring an Accounting Manager for a leading FMCG company located in 6th of October.

• Manage and oversee the daily operations
• Responsible for month and end-year process
• Responsible for accounts payable/receivable and cash receipts
• general ledger and payroll and utilities
• revenue and expenditure variance analysis and capital assets reconciliations
• trust account statement reconciliations and debt activity
• Formulate the financial strategy, KPIs, ROI, equity and inventory turnover.
• Direct and evaluate the team in achieving departmental objectives
• Monitoring cash flow management, cash collection activities and conduct forecasts for cash inflows for business predictions
• Review the financial package with the foot notes and make the financial analyses for it
• Prepare the financial policies and ensuring they are implemented and all the company’s operations are complying
• Review the annual cash flow projections and plan for bank facilities if deficiencies were found
• Supervise, control and maintain the ERP system
• Follow up and supervise the external audits activities and ensure the implementation of actions
• Collaborate with the HR department in the recruitment process and ensure the selection of qualified employees and successors and ensuring continuous training for the staff

Qualification:
• Proficiency in MS Office - with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of different business functions.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 10 years of experience
• V. good command of English level
• Strong decision-making capabilities
• BS degree in Accounting or Finance
