Urgently required for a well-established and organized company is hiring a Recruiting Specialist based on the following criteria:
1- Provide qualified candidates to meet departmental hiring requests through the annual manpower plan
2- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using recruitment channels.
3-Conducting the initial round of interview & scheduling the short-listed candidates.
4-Making all deals and agreements with recruitment agencies if needed
5-Put the standard of the JD for all post in the company
6-Has the required knowledge in regards of performance management and appraisal for both white and blue collar
7- Aware with all related to ISO documents.
The successful candidate should have:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field
HR Diploma is preferable
With minimum 2-4 years of experience in this field
Extensive experience in recruitment.
Ability to interact with people from a variety of different cultures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English language skills, Work under deadline pressure and meet the deadlines, Proficient with operating a personal computer and use of MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint and other required application.
