Accounting Manager - Raya Holding for Financial Investments

Raya Information Technology; a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a Manager (Accounting) with the below job responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation of various financial statement, annual budget and report the deviation between actual and budgets.
• Handle timely books closing and necessary reporting.
• Supervise monthly and year-end closing tasks, reconciliations and participate in cost analyses.
• Ensure implementation of corporate internal controls in the general accounting area.
• Establish system controls for new accounting systems and develop procedures to improve existing system.
• Coordinate and prepare external audit materials and external financial reporting on quarterly basis.
• Manage the system of recording, monitoring, controlling, and safeguarding assets.
• Ensure statutory compliance with International and Egyptian Accounting Standards and transport and fair reporting.
• Manage all Tax reports and inspections along with controlling the different kinds of taxes as required by law

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• More than 10 Years of relevant experience in different accounting functions
• Post graduate studies: IFRS, CMA, CPA, MBA added plus
• Excellent organization, analytical thinking & problem solving skills
• Considerable knowledge of Raya Standards and Code of Ethics
• Strong knowledge of industry program policies, procedures, regulations, and laws
• Extensive knowledge of and skill in applying internal auditing, accounting principles, management principles and preferred business practices.
