Planning Engineer
 
Key responsibilities:
-Ensure development and projects’ planning advice.
-Ensure compliance with The Projects’ Control Management of the full development cycle.
-Assist in managing resolution of claims disputes for Extension of Time, Disruption, and Delay in compliance with terms and timescales.
-Assist in the preparation of project development feasibility studies and presentations.
-Assist in preparation of accurate Earned Value and Budgeting reporting.
-Advice on delay mitigation and reprogramming techniques to ensure development is delivered on time.
 
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, plus minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in real estate industry and projects development.
-Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Ms. Project.
-Knowledge of the Engineering approach to design, development, construction with all trades.
-Strong advanced reporting and analytical skills and techniques.
-Ability to develop, update and maintain schedules, ensure adherence to quality standards and maintain policies and procedures.
