Job Description
Elite Financial Consulting is hiring:
HR Generalist
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree of any related field
– Experience: 1-2 years as an HR Generalist
– Courses or diplomas are a plus
– English: Very good in both spoken and written
– Presentable
Responsibilities:
•Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department
• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Develop compensation and benefits systems that fit the company’s HR responsibilities
• Conduct employee on boarding and help plan training & development
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc.
and resolve issues and problems
• Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
Location: Nasr City
Working days: Sunday till Thursday
Working hours: 9 am till 5 pm
Skills Requirments
