Bayan Tech, which is a leading ISO-Certified language service provider since  2004 , is  hiring “  Digital Marketing Specialist”
 Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns (including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising, etc.) that generate qualified leads
· Email strategy and execution – work collaboratively to build nurture campaigns and templates for sales enablement
· Campaign content creation and execution – thinking and doing
· Data-Driven Reporting – Share results clearly and concisely
· Lead and demand generation – bring in qualified new leads
· ABM – create, tune, and deploy successful programs
· Social media marketing and Advertising
· Measure, analyze, and report on performance of campaigns and strategies
· Evaluating competitors’ Digital Marketing strategies and creating plans to overtake them.
· Other Digital Marketing related activities, as required

 Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, with preference for Marketing,
· Communications, or other relevant fields
· 2-4 years of previous experience in digital marketing role, B2B experience
· Must be able to demonstrate quantifiable success in previous
· Digital marketing efforts
· SEO technical knowledge and practice
· Paid Ads (LinkedIn and Google) knowledge and practice
· Ability to manage multiple concurrent strategies across different Verticals and channels
· High-level communication (written and verbal) skills in English
