Recruitment Specialist - Gama construction
1- Review the histogram of the projects and determine the vacant positions to start the selection process.
2- Post jobs on social media and recruitment websites to create a pool of candidates.
3- Screen and filter the CV(s) of the applicants to find the perfect fit and send the appropriate CV(s) to the concerned manager.
4- Call the qualified candidates and schedule HR and Technical interview with them.
5- Conduct the HR interview to evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications.
6- Prepare the job offer and send it to the candidate to be signed.
7- Inform the candidate of the requested hiring documents to hand them to the Employee Relations team.
8- Coordinate transferring employees across different projects in coordination with the HR Site Coordinator to fill the vacant positions in the sites.
9- Update the histogram with the new hires’ data and the offers’ data base with the new job offers proposed to employees.
10- Represent the organization in employment fairs to search for qualified applicants.
· Bachelor degree
· 2- 4 Years of experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
· Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
