BIM Architect - T.H.E Architects, Planners & Civil Engineers

 Responsibilities

• Preparing design development and construction documents drawings
• Support project BIM mobilization activities.
• Perform QA on model deliverables to ensure compliance with Owner’s BIM Standards.
• Audit and review models from all team members and sub-consultants.
• Provide oversight of model coordination process in design and construction.
• Ensure that project teams use client-approved systems for managing BIM processes, files, and submittals correctly.
• The ability to work in a variety of construction environments including commercial, educational, industrial, and healthcare-related projects.
• Must be willing to handle multiple BIM projects simultaneously and also manage the delegated work to the offshore team.
• Model on and use BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.
• Aware of all BIM standards.
• Delegate and review work being done by the offshore team of BIM professionals.
• Strive to continuously develop your skills in our core applications.
