Disbursement Accountant - Wilhelmsen group

What You Will Be Doing

• Responsible for checking all invoices received from various authorities /suppliers checking all port vouchers to be applied to tariff and vessel activity.
• Process final disbursement account for different vessels attending.
• Check system service lines to ensure that it have been updated with revised costs after vessel departure.
• Coordinate with local operations teams with regards to services system updates , ensure that each additional service provided to vessel is reflected in system.
• Recognition of the related disbursement revenues in system after vessel departure.
• Coordinate with finance team for supplier payment invoices.
• Check and clear any inquiry from customer about final disbursement account.

Qualifications

• Finance education , or relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English - both writing and speaking.
• Good administration skills & numerical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and systematically.
• Ability to co-operate across organization lines.
• Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.
• Thorough and attentive to details.
• Computer literate.

T he position will be based in Alexandria Head office in Egypt which is in the heart of the city and easy to access.
