Description

Role purpose:
The Corporate Segment Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of the Corporate Segment: strategy, segmentation, targeting, positioning and communications. He will form a customer-centric approach in all activities define and develop Vodafone Egypt marketing strategy and plan for Corporate segment in order to fulfil the overall company strategy and target. 

Job Responsibility

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Secure cross functional collaboration
  • between the sales, customer care and marketing teams to ensure timely achievement of set targets in terms of revenues, customer acquisition, brand recall etc.
  • Proactively counter competitors’ strategy,
  • services, pricing activities by being the champion of timely adaptation and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Proactively seeking opportunities to incorporate new technology, products, partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Develop GTM plan, business cases, profitability analysis, market research, etc. for new products launches or campaigns.
  • Works closely with an analytical and data-driven approach in finding and testing new propositions, products and GTM activities combining internal and external insights.
  • Develop and own segment marketing financial objectives and continuously monitor performance against KPIs
  • Manage Stakeholders to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness across all Corporate Segment projects & activities.
  • Manage the project process with Product Owners, MPM, Technology, Marcom, Finance, Customer Care & Regulatory in order to ensure the smooth and timely progression of the project.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and solve varied business problems and excellent stakeholder’s management 
  • Ability to innovatively design and launch marketing activities.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills & ability to lead other functions.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting & data analysis.
  • Flexibility and ability to manage in a fast changing environment

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Analytical & planning skills
  • Negotiation skills & budget management
  • Understanding of digital platforms
  • Ability to work within a team & drive results
  • Strategic Thinking and Conceptualizing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Good at creating and given presentations.
  • Marketing mind with eye for creativity
