Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in the same position
proven experience in dealing with banks and handling all types of letters of guarantee
Excellent Microsoft Office

Job Description
Follow-up issuance of letters of guarantee
Make sure to obtain the conditions brochure and record all its data to request the letter of guarantee submitted to the bank
Confirmation of the collection of the letter of guarantee before its due date in accordance with the terms of the supply order
Follow-up the delivery of letters of guarantee to customers, recording them and limiting their data
Matching the letters of guarantee delivered to the employee’s statement or what is registered in the Microsoft GP
Verify the validity of the letter of guarantee, follow-up and follow-up on the response of expired letters of guarantee
Operations cost centers
Notify the concerned departments of providing cash cover to meet and issue letters of guarantee
Ensure with the director of sectors not to exceed the value of the letters of guarantee that are granted to the projects of their side, according to the approval of the Director General
Preparing a periodic statement whether in the case of issuing or canceling letters of guarantee and submitting it to the concerned departments and the general manager to include a complete inventory of all letters of guarantee issued by banks or letters of cash guarantee
Follow up on issued letters of guarantee that are not valid and convert them into effect according to what is received from clients
