Financial Control - Enjaz Consultancy & Enterprise Management

Duty 1: Proposal Building

Receive and study the potential projects from the sales along with the Budgeting and Control Manager.

Participate in the proposal building committee approving all cost types in the project as below:

Purchases in coordination with the Technical Office

Man - hours in coordination with the Projects

Subcontractors costs in coordination with the Technical Office

Logistics costs in coordination with the Admin Manager

Duty 2: Project Initiation

Estimate and plan the final version of the project costs as below:

Purchases in coordination with the Technical Office

Man - hours in coordination with the Projects

Subcontractors costs in coordination with the Technical Office

Logistics costs in coordination with the Admin Manager

Coordinate with the finance to manage the cash flow for the projects

Duty 3: Project Execution

Follow up the project’s costs through

Purchases in coordination with the Technical Office

Man - hours in coordination with the Projects

Subcontractors costs in coordination with the Technical Office

Logistics costs in coordination with the Admin Manager

Coordinate with the finance to projects the recorded cost within the different cost centers to affect the cash flow and book keeping regarding different finance departments

Analyze invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at the expected cost

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years’ experience in the field
• BSc degree in Finance
• CCP certification
• Fluent in English Language
