We are hiring a Site Manager with the following Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
At least 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities :
1- Apply high-end and sophisticated designs to residential, office, and retail projects.
2- Act as construction team leader to ensure efficient project execution.
3- Act as the main technical adviser on site for subcontractors and technicians.
4- Reviewing all materials delivered according to the project's specifications and material selection.
5-Coordinating and cooperating with architects, interior designers, and subcontractors to ensure precise construction and execution.
6-Ability to hold meetings with consultants, architects, interior designers, subcontractors…etc. discussing progress, obstacles, and technical issues.
7-Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
8-Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities to meet agreed deadlines.
9-Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
10- Preparing reports as required.
11-Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
