SED is currently hiring ( PROJECT MANAGER ) with the following requirements:

Main Tasks:
· Define the project scope and objectives to determine and assign all related activities, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
· Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
· Delegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
· Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
· Ensure resource availability and allocation to ensure the project progress
· Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff.
· Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
· Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
· Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
· Perform risk management and mitigation plans.
· Establish and maintain a long term relationship with the third parties involved in the project.
· Supervise, train and evaluate staff in order to enhance their performance.
· Ensure health and safety inside the construction sites.
 
Qualifications:
·  Education: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
·  Years of Experience: +10 years of experience in the same field
·  Post Graduate Studies: - Master Degree is preferable.
