Job Description

Looking for qualified calibers (Senior Financial Director or Chief Financial Officer)
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
· 6-10 years of progressive experience in Real Estate Finance, Commercial Banking, or Private Equity.
· Advanced Excel skills with ability to design/build complex models.
· Ability to manage & manipulate large amounts of data.
· Highly critical and analytical personality; attention to detail.
· Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with key stakeholders (internally and externally).
· Must be able to excel in cross collaborative, team oriented environment.
· Must have strong leadership skills.
· Ability to thrive in fast paced, rapidly changing environment
· Strong ambition to advance through dedicated work and a desire to learn.
