Maxim Development is now hiring Mechanical_Engineer:
 
Key responsibilities:
 
-Handle the HVAC design & construction supervision.
-Review consultants’ designs.
-Review project documentation and verify graphics accuracy for effective implementation.
-Providing technical support as needed for immediate implementation and intervention and seeking assistance from the director to solve the problem.
-Follow up the project milestones achievement according to the time schedule set.
-Participate in resolving any technical issues that may arise.
-Review shop drawings.
-Follow up with supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors.
-Review contractor invoices.
 
Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineering, plus minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in design & supervision.
-HVAC Design experience.
-Firefighting & Plumbing basics knowledge.
-Relevant technical knowledge.
-Good communication skills.
-Problem-solving skills.
-Team working skills.
