RE/MAX Avalon is a leading multinational realestate brokerage company, seeking for *IT Technical Support* with the below mentioned criteria:
*Job Duties:*
1- Responsible for the smooth running of all users on different departments .
2- Administate users creation/suspending, profiles & authorities.
3- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware and networking problems/issues.
4- Responsibility of procurements of hardware and software.
5- Ensuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and kept up to date.
6- Managing multiple cases at one time, testing and evaluating new technology.
7- Follow-up with service requests received on the Company Help desk ticketing system and solve them according to the agreed SLA.
*Job Qualifications:*
1- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
2- Attention to details and good problem-solving skills.
3- Good written and verbal communication
4- Excellent communication skills.
5- Experience ( 2 – 4 years ).
6- Prefered to live nearby Smouha of Gleem.
