Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Planning and preparing annual budgets for the sales departments in coordination with the sales team.

• Monitoring all financial operations related to sales in the books and accounting programs related to that.

• Monitoring all the sales department's tax transactions in accordance with the directives of the foreign offices specialized in this regard and working with the company to bring it out in accordance with the laws regulating this.

• Coordination with the accounting office and the company's tax branch regarding all required invoices, records and papers.

• Submit all required reports and analyzes to the sales department and senior management.

• Ensure that records and programs for monitoring accounts are kept in a safe manner.

• Review the advances and daily covenants and print the advances statement for employees upon request.

• Follow up on customers' collections and checks under collection and match the account statement with the customer on a regular basis, in coordination with the sales department.

• Managing the main treasury and monitoring all transactions related to the treasury in the books designated for that.

• Management of all governmental and non-governmental documents of the company in front of all governmental and non-governmental parties.

• Inventory of the safe daily in coordination with the accounts department.

• Implementation of bank deposits required by the company.
