Chaddad Group Egypt is now hiring " Project Manager Engineer"

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Civil or Arch.
More than 15 years of solid experience in construction companies.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Advanced AutoCAD
-Excellent command of English language skills.
- Maximum age 37 to 50 years old.

Responsibilities
Drive construction team to achieve the time schedule of the project with the optimized cost and the required quality specs. 
Monitor the progress in the site and direct with corrective actions.
Revises take off with engineers and revise material requisition to approve it.
Negotiate with the owner engineer regarding any technical conflict.
Review the shop drawings of the MEP before the engineer submission.
Attend periodic technical meetings & attend weekly progress meetings.
Report progress of the Construction to the Client & consultant.
Negotiate with suppliers regarding the technical specs, prices to generate a progress sheet and proceed with all approvals with the consultant to proceed with the PO.
Monitor storage stock status to maintain the proper resources management.
Align with QS to monitor the cash flow status of the department
Review variation order of EIs or any modifications on the design & cascade the EIs to the department heads.
Handle all special assignments within the scope of the department if required.
