El Saba automotive is hiring “HR specialist”
Responsibilities:
• Maintains personnel files in compliance with the Egyptian labor law
• Keeping records for the weekly attendance & calculate the absence
• Make sure company policies are well implemented
• Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks
• Give training and orientation to all new employees
• Receives the paperwork from the new joiners and supports them in finalizing all work-related documents
• Handle employees’ insurance procedures
Requirements:
• 1:3 years of experience
• Very good Computer skills
• Excellent knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law
• Very good command of English.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• strong personality
• Time Management
• Team work
• Well organized.
