FINANCE CONTROLLING ANALYST - Philip Morris International

We are looking for a Finance Controlling Analyst with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or any relevant field, and a minimum of 3-years of professional experience in Budgeting and Planning roles. Fluency in English and Arabic and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office are required. French and an experience in SAP would be an asset.

RISE TO THE CHALLENGE

You would be part of the Finance team of “Philip Morris Misr” reporting to the Manager Finance Controlling. As a Finance Controlling Analyst you will assist in the development and presentation of the detailed Cost budgets and strategic plans and monthly variance analysis with commentary and hold regular meetings with budget holders to review financial information.

More specifically you will support in
coordinating budget cycles, communicate business targets, design efficient systems and models to collect, validate and analyze budget data and explain the business drivers behind the reported numbers
ensure a timely and accurate consolidation for regional budget reviews in coordination with the regional headquarter, including analysis and explanation of major variances
design and execute various analyses/models, which involve highly sensitive information to support top management in deciding on critical issues
retrieve monthly Cost Center’s expenditures, analyze variances, investigate the reasons in such variances, and take appropriate action while preparing executive Budget control reports highlighting over-the-budget expenditures
