National Finance Manager - Kuehne+Nagel

We are looking for a strong Finance professional for our National Finance Manager role in Cairo.


Your Role

In this role, you will have national responsibility and accountability to oversee all financial aspects of the company, finance department, and finance team, the flow of financial information to senior management and external parties in alignment with the global financial strategy of Kuehne+Nagel.


Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the performance of the finance team, and overall control of company’s accounting function, financial planning; budgets, business performance of the company
• Manage financial resources of the company and resource planning
• Responsible for strategic planning in close coordination with Business Management
• Set financial targets and budgets in accordance with the strategy of the company
• Responsible for improving business performance of the company including development and maintenance of Management Information Systems (MIS)
• Design local financial policies, rules and regulations and ensure compliance in accordance with Corporate Guidelines and Accounting Standards
• Ensure strict control of all financial transactions, accountancy matters, including audit systems, corporate finance, policies/working instructions, working capital, debt, equity and acquisitions
  
  

Your Skills And Experiences

• Bachelors degree in Finance/ Economics with ACCA or equivalent Accounting certificate
• Extensive Finance and Accounting experience (5-10 years) at International organisations
• Experience in working with, and leading a multi-cultural team (2-5 years)
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Excellent Communications skills (written/spoken) with team oriented approach
