Senior Accountant - Ecolab

In this role, you will be responsible for leading general accounting and related functions, as well as program management for Ecolab. The position will also lead and oversee other activities including month and year end close, tax reporting, intercompany, payroll, bonus, account reconciliations, multiple audits, initiate and implement division and corporate projects and lead upcoming finance system conversion.

What You Will Do
Handle all tax reporting requirements “Tax inspections, Internal reports to tax team, Annual CIT “
Handling Audit Requests either external or internal and coordinate within other departments requirements.
Review BS and bank reconciliation with the team
Loan, FX and interest calculation and entries in local books and consolidation
Sales and cogs reconciliation
Drop shipment Markup monthly reconciliation and releasing
Fluctuation reports for Egypt and Libya (quarterly)
Complete the internal audit quarterly & annual reports and send for finance manager review.
Develop operational initiatives to achieve financial goals.
Ensure all period end deadlines are adhered to.
Support Management with special projects and ad- hoc requests & reports.
Position Details
Candidate must reside in Cairo.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree of commerce “Major accounting “
From 7-10 years of experience.
Very good taxation background
CMA
Knowledge of US GAAP
