Job Title: AR Accountant
Division: AIC Transport & Heavy Equipment

Job Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s degree in commerce.
2) 2-5 years’ experience in accounting, with heavy equipment rental or heavy transportation business experience is a MUST.
3) Advanced skills and knowledge of Excel.
4) ERP system user.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Follow for Provisional Revenue sheet from Operations
2) Review the Provisional Revenue sheet to ensure that the rates, equipment and customer orders are properly entered
Modification of Provisional Sheet to enable it to use for invoicing ; English & Arabic Texts, Customer name, Address, VAT nos., Descriptions etc.
3) Receive time sheets and verify, allocate and attach customer PO & time sheet to prepare actual invoice.
4) Prepare Invoice and submit to Sales representatives via Email for submission and print in Asfan office for our record.
Follow up for pending time sheets with operations.
5) Prepare credit and debit notes as per requirement
6) Prepare working for unbilled revenue and record the entry
7) Assist in full Co. audit for AIC Transport & Heavy Equipment.
8 ) Assist in providing information for any VAT or Zakat audit.
9) Assist External Auditor in Annual Stock Count.
