looking for customer services employee (female Only )
Maintain a positive, emotional and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
Prompt response to customer inquiries.
Communicate with clients through various channels.
Recognizing and resolving customer complaints.
Get to know our products inside and out so you can answer questions.
Processing requests, forms, applications and requests.
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Excellent in English, computer skills and communication skills

- (Excellent Use Of Microsoft Office (word – Excel – Outlook
