Duties :
· Deploy company products at customer sites, either remotely or onsite
· Coordinates with the project manager on tasks and deliverables
· Perform technical training to partners and clients
· Adhere to agreed SLAs and strive to meet or exceed response times with professional-level support
· Provide 2nd level support for partners after implementation
· Author customer engagement documentation, such as environment diagrams, installation/configuration documents
· Escalate support tickets to 3rd level support by communicating with partners and clients via email, phone & chat
· Ensure handling support tickets in a timely manner
· Independently collect and analyze client's environment details
· Ensure internal infrastructure is up and running
· Troubleshoot and support corporate operations
· Ensure handling helpdesk tickets in a timely manner
· Document task outcomes, and publish FAQ & Knowledge bases
· Automate systems monitoring tasks
· Assist in technical purchases, do comparisons and recommend the best option
· Create and update the technical questionnaires
Qualifications :
· B.Sc. Computer and Information Science or something similar.
· 3-5 years.
