Job title: GL Accountant
Job Description
·       Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
·       Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
·       Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
·       Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
·       Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
·       Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.
·       Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.
·       Provide input into department’s goal setting process.
·       Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.
·       Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
·       Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
·       Support month-end and year-end close process.
·       Analyzing daily banking transactions and journal entries.
·       Payroll and loans & advance reconciliation.
·       Reviewing cashbook and their conformity with the actual balances.
·       Handling all General Accounts (Mutual accounts, accruals, prepaid).
·       Handling Fixed Assets management (department wise & supporting Department) and depreciation.
·       Monitoring and recording of all the physical inventories.
·       Help to prepare budget plan.

Job Requirements
• Good Knowledge: Taxes Accountant, financial statements and financial budgets
• Experience. 3 - 5 Years
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Gender: Males only
• Max age 35 years old
• Job Location: Obour
• Microsoft Office proficiency. Excel and Microsoft Dynamics AX specific
• Salary: Negotiable
