Senior Recruitment Specialist is needed for Nola Food Industries
Location: NOLA factory in 5th settlement industrial area
Days off: Friday&Saturaday
Working hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Social & Medical insurance
Salary: from 9K to 11K Net
Transportation is provided from Down Town (Mohamed Naguib Metro Station)
Reporting to: CEO

Role:
The ideal candidate will work with department managers to find the best employees to join us. you will advertise job vacancies and screen, shortlist, and interview candidates. In this role, you will develop and post job descriptions using social media and other platforms in order to identify suitable applicants. You will analyze the recruitment process and make recommendations for improvements or changes. you will compile reports on aspects of the hiring process.

Requirements:
Years of Exp. +5 years mass recruitment with both white and blue-collars
Excellent in English
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Certificates: HR Diploma is a must
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
