Looking for "Technical Support Engineer | Service Desk Engineer" with the below criteria:

Job Description

•Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners. Plus, any other hardware or software products.
•Handling company staff technical support cases.
•Maintaining system functionality and Troubleshooting hardware and software issues with SLA.
•Following up with the customer to ensure first call resolution and achieving 100% customer satisfaction Rate.
•Use various administrative department tools and resources for incidents resolution.
• Works on implementations in new sites and assists the team.
• Run diagnostic programs and troubleshoots to resolve problems.
• Repairs and replace equipment as necessary.
• Coordinates and supports end-user issues remotely.
• 2nd and 3rd level support for all entire team
• Assisting with network administration tasks.
• Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
• Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Support the roll-out of new applications
• Test and evaluate new technology.
• Follow up client day-to-day functionality and efficiency.
• Have knowledge about office 365 Admin Center
• Windows server knowledge and Firewall
• CCTV Installation and maintenance

Skill-sets:

- Degree in Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
- 1- 3 years experience in a large-sized organization
- Solid Knowledge of administering Microsoft applications & most recent technology
- Fluently Speaking both Arabic/English
- MCSE MCITP Certification is a plus
